Handwheel Mounting Methods
Handwheels are mounted in the "Keyway Hole Type":
Example: The keyway is machined to match the mounting part of the screw, and the keyway-type handwheel can be mounted on the screw and the top screw tightened.
Square hole type handwheel installation
Example: The mounting part of the screw corresponds to the square processing, and the square-hole type handwheel can be mounted on the screw, and the top screw can be tightened after mounting.
Bolt type handwheel mounting
Example: The screw-locking type handwheel can be mounted on the threaded rod, and then tightened by locking the set screws.
Handwheel "round hole type" mounting
Example: The appropriate dimensions are machined on the mounting surface of the threaded rod, and the top screw is tightened after the round-hole type handwheel is mounted.
Pin-fixing type handwheel mounting
Example: The corresponding pin hole is machined on the screw mounting surface, and the pin-fixed type handwheel is mounted and the pin is inserted.
