1)Load Application and Effective Thread Length:

For general steel/carbon steel: 1.5 x M
For cast iron: 1.8 or 1.5 x M
For aluminum alloys: 2 x M
For aluminum-magnesium alloys: 2.5 x M (M = diameter of the swivel hoist ring bolt, e.g., M20)
2)Rotational Torque of the Swivel Hoist Ring:
① The swivel hoist ring can rotate 360°. For short-term use, a wrench can be used to tighten the nut. For long-term use, a torque wrench should be used to tighten it according to the recommended torque (+/- 10%).
② If the working environment involves continuous rotation, regularly check the bolt torque to ensure it meets the recommended value.
3)Bolt Fixation:
If the load being lifted is subject to intermittent (or continuous) vibrations or movement, it is recommended to inject LOCTITE 2701 glue into the bolt hole to ensure that the bolt remains securely fastened.
