① It is recommended to use linear bearings with standard g6 tolerance guide shafts. The linear bearing and the guide shaft have point contact and non-interference fit. It is normal for there to be a gap between the guide shaft and the bearing, and it will not affect the product's use.
This structure will reduce the frictional resistance of the balls and increase the service life of the workpiece.② It is recommended to install the linear bearing on the fixed seat with H7 tolerance. There is a clearance fit between the linear bearing and the fixed seat.
