1. What components does the product consist of?

The product is composed of three parts: the shaft, the bushing, and the ball slide sleeve.

2. How should it be maintained?

This product is coated with anti-rust oil when it leaves the factory. It is recommended to clean it with alcohol or kerosene first, wipe it dry with a rag, and then apply lubricating oil (lithium soap-based grease is recommended). Supplement the grease in a timely manner every three months. If the usage environment is dusty, a protective cover can be put on.

3. Is the product shipped after being assembled?

Each set of components is assembled and individually packaged for shipment. However, due to reasons such as inspection or transportation, there may be individual parts scattered in the packaging bag. You need to assemble them by yourself when using them. When assembling, first fix the shaft, install the ball slide sleeve to the position where the equipment uses it, and then put on the bushing.

4. Will the ball slide sleeve in the middle slide out during use?

This product has a limited stroke. At the extreme stroke, the ball slide sleeve will slide out to half of its length, while at the perfect stroke, it will not slide out of the bushing.

5. What is the size of the stroke?

The perfect stroke is equal to (E - G) × 2, and the extreme stroke is equal to (E - G) × 2 + 2G.
