1. Can the idler bearing be disassembled?
Depending on the product, the idler has two types of products: bearing press-in type and bearing disassembly type. The one with retaining ring is the bearing disassembly type. The bearing can be disassembled.

2. Is there any difference between the trapezoidal groove and the U-shaped groove of the round belt pulley?
The U-shaped groove has only one contact surface with the pulley, while the trapezoidal groove has three contact surfaces with the pulley, which can effectively prevent the round belt from slipping.
